Anyone drink green tea? It’s supposed to be great for your metabolism. I tried it once, hot, with some sweetener. HATED IT! Yuck, it was terrible! I haven’t tried it since, but I’ve found a recipe to try that might just change my mind. It’s Dr Oz’s Green Tea recipe.
Dr Oz Green Tea:
Makes 1 pitcher
– 8 cups brewed green tea
– 1 tangerine, sliced
– handful of mint leaves
1. Mix all ingredients in a tall pitcher. Store in fridge overnight to drink the following day.
I wonder if the tangerine and mint can overpower the awful green tea taste? Or maybe iced green tea is the way to go? I’m definitely giving this tea a try today, what’s the worst that could happen?
