Weigh-In Wednesday

Oh my gosh, I got so busy last week I didn’t even have time to update my weight! Student teaching is going really well, and I’m glad every day I made the choice to become healthy and lose my extra weight because I have the energy to stay on my feet all day and keep up with those energetic kids! I have 2 days left at the elementary school I’m at, and then I move on to finish my placement at a high school. And I’m terrified! Elementary kids are my calling! I’ve never worked with high school kids before, so this should be interesting…

Moving on now.

Last week’s weight: 177.4
This week’s weight: 173.4

I actually gained a couple pounds last week, but I think it was a fluctuation since I’m down 4 lbs this week. Nevertheless, I’m feeling incredible and can’t wait to get to the 160s!

I’ve been taking a couple other progress pictures for comparison later.

I took these for comparison because I’ll be starting ChaLEAN Extreme the week after Spring Break and I want to see how my body changes definition-wise. My ultimate goal is to look like a fitness model, so I have to start somewhere!

Have a great rest of the week. Happy hump day! It’s almost the weekend!!

A Special Weigh-In Wednesday

Things are still busy around here for me. I’m really looking forward to having the time to write on my blog here again in the next month or so, so stay tuned for that! In the meantime, I’ve only got a quick second to post my weight loss.

Last week’s weight: 176.8
This week’s weight: 175.8

I’m getting there!

Check it out, I’m back in my old bikini! Still need some work, but that will come with hard work and time.

I’ve also got to share this picture with you. This is my progress after 4 months of Turbofire.

I’m feeling super great about my results so far! One more month of Turbo and then I move on to ChaLean Extreme to work on my beach muscles. I can’t wait!

Have a happy week! Stay strong!!

Weigh-In Wednesday

Another quick weekly update! I’m still super busy!

Last week’s weight: 180.0
This week’s weight: 176.8

I’m officially in the 170s! Can I get a woohoo!!

And another victory: I’m finally starting to feel sexy again. It’s been awhile, but I’m becoming happier and more confident. 17 more pounds to go until I’m at my pre-pregnancy weight!

Happy Wednesday! (Mine was!)

Weigh-In Wesnesday

Just a quick update:

Student teaching all day and coming home to my two little babies is kicking my butt! I never have time for anything (and sleep is out if the question) but I am having a great time.

It’s been pretty stressful last week and I think it’s reflected in my loss.

Last week’s weight: 181.8 lbs
This week’s weight: 181.2 lbs

So I still lost half a pound, and I’m super excited about that, but I really was hoping to get under 180 this morning…

It’s ok, I have a goal for next week. Under 180 or bust!

Have a great rest of the week if I don’t talk to you again!

Weigh-In Wednesday

What a day! The kids at the elementary school I’m student teaching at seem really great and I’m super excited to start teaching some lessons. But, here’s the crazy part, there was a fire! Fire engines and everything! I guess you have to be prepared for whatever happens.

Anyway, I got on the scale this morning and I have good news to report!

Last week’s weight: 185.6
This week’s weight: 181.8

I’m so happy to be getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Only 16.8 lbs until I’m there! But, until then, I am loving my body (no matter what size I am) and I’ve got a lot of confidence.

Happy hump day!

Weigh-In Wednesday

Another week come and gone.

I struggled a lot last week. We were out and about all weekend, so I had to make do with the food that was available to me, and often times that meant it wasn’t any good. But, I somehow managed to pull through and actually lose weight.

Last week’s weight: 188 lbs
This week’s weight: 185.6 lbs

Ha, my cat was trying to photo-bomb my pictures!

Anyway, I’m really surprised that I lost that much weight eating the way I did. It really makes me wonder, though, what would have happened if I’d eaten better? Could my success have been even more?

Either way, a loss is a loss and I’m very excited to continue to change my body every day.
