Wow! She went from 210 pounds to 129 using P90X after gaining 80 pounds while being pregnant with her son. She had the same mentality I personally had: that if you exercised while pregnant, you might hurt the baby (highly untrue). Because of this, she was left with a huge amount of weight to lose and had a hard time performing daily tasks.

She turned to P90X for help and lost all 80 pounds of her pregnancy weight gain. She says that “anyone can be successful with the proper mindset” and that “our minds are our most powerful tool”. So true!
