Transformation Tuesday

I’ve got a great transformation for you today!

Anna was tired of being overweight. She finally got motivated to start exercising and cleaned up her diet once she realized she wasn’t the athletic person she thought herself to be and that her extra weight was holding her back. She sought the help of an on-line personal trainer and began exercising slowly.

She began eating higher protein and lower carb meals and the weight started coming off. She even noticed that her cheat meals left her feeling lethargic, a feat I think we’d all like to accomplish!

Anna’s suggestions for others like her? Find what you like to do for exercise. Find buddies to keep you accountable. Understand that slip-ups happen. Find support, like an online coach. Repeat a mantra in your head for inspiration.
