Smoothie, anyone?

I love smoothies. They’re yummy. I made this one up all by myself. If it’s been done already, I haven’t seen it. But let me tell you, it’s a super delicious combination of yummy ingredients packed with nutrition!

I call it the Secretly-Green Blueberry Cream Smoothie.


Secretly-Green Blueberry Cream Smoothie
Makes one serving, 200 calories

What You’ll Need:
– 1 cup frozen blueberries
– 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze milk
– 1/2 cup Light & Fit vanilla yogurt
– 2 handfuls spinach
– 1 tsp honey

Make it!:
1. Put milk, yogurt, honey, spinach and blueberries in blender (in this order, it helps smooth everything up) and blend until smooth!

I love the dark purple color of this smoothie. All too often, green smoothies look, well, green. And that’s all well and good, they’re delicious. But if you’re not ready to try a super glowing-green smoothie just yet, start with this one. The berries hide the color perfectly.

This smoothie is a little on the sweet side. Perfect for those days you want a sweet treat but don’t want to undo all your hard work!
