Yes, it’s true. Self-control, whether it be related to fitness or a healthy diet, has a huge mental aspect to it. Don’t give up when your legs say they hurt, and don’t give in when your stomach says it needs fast food. Overcome your obstacles by realizing that you ARE strong and capable of anything.
