Organization Time!

Whenever I start anything new, I like to have a plan. I’m kind of an organizational freak of sorts. I literally have a list for everything. I once went to the Container Store and spent hours fantasizing about how I could organize every single room, closet, and drawer in my house. Seriously, my husband had to drag me out, drooling!

I told you that to tell you this: organization can be a huge helper when you’re trying to lose weight. Getting your thoughts on paper will help you create, manage, and stick to a weight loss plan. From food logs to monthly calendars to shopping lists, creating a schedule and plan can and will help you succeed.

Thanks to the internet and other organization-lovers like myself, you don’t have to worry about creating your own templates for scheduling your life. A quick search will give you a ton of options, a lot of them free to download! To help you out, I’ve compiled a list of some great, free, downloadable organizational templates that can help you develop and implement a sound weight loss plan. I personally use most of these on a daily basis. (These aren’t just for weight loss, either. Use them however you like!)
