Thirsty Thursday

If you’re looking for a great way to de-bloat your stomach, look no further than a big glass of water. Here’s the recipe for Sassy Water, a drink designed to help reduce water retention and relieve gas.


-2 L (8 1/2 cups water)
-1tsp fresh grated ginger
-1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
– 1 medium lemon, sliced
-12 small spearmint leaves

Make it:
1. Mix ingredients in a pitcher and allow to steep overnight. Drink entire pitcher by the end of the day.

I haven’t tried this water yet, but it’s on my to-do list for today. It sounds so crisp and refreshing.
