Find Your Motivation

I’ve been working out hard all week and decided when I woke up this morning that I wasn’t going to exercise today. Yeah, it’s not my regular scheduled rest day, but my legs are super sore and I was feeling lazy.

And then, I got on my Tumblr dashboard and saw this:


Well, that’s exactly what I needed to see! I got my lazy butt up and got my sweat on!

It just goes to show you how important it is to keep motivated. I feel great now that I worked out instead of regretting not working out.

I hope this inspires you to get your seat on today, too!

  1. Wow, that just shows how much weight loss is really about the mental part of it, not the physical. I think being positive, feeling strong and capable and being motivated really is key. Thanks for sharing 🙂
