Of course, it would be a good idea not to go overboard this Thursday. You can do this by watching portion sizes and not going back for seconds (or thirds!) and really enjoying the time with family instead of focusing on the food. On the other hand, it’s only one day, and enjoying yourself won’t undo all your hard work up to this point.
So do what I’ll be doing this Thanksgiving: have a good time, try not to overdo it, but enjoy yourself!
